Description:
The porters of the MIPS, MISEL and other architectures asked me to update
those files so that their machines get recognised. It does not break anything
and should be no problem for you.

Suggested fix:
libtoolize --force --copy && aclocal && autoheader && automake && autoconf

I apologize for taking so long to fix such a trivial bug - this should now 
be fixed for MySQL 4.0.18 and onwards.
