Description:
mysqlimport has a --lines-terminated-by option corresponding
to the LINES TERMINATED BY clause for LOAD DATA.  But LOAD
DATA also has a LINES STARTING BY clause, and mysqlimport
provides no corresponding --lines-starting-by option.
