Description:
I can change the display options of a table to show the columns, hide the indices, hide the foreign keys, and hide the triggers then save the workbench. When I reopen the workbench then the columns, the indices, the foreign keys, hide the triggers are all displayed.

How to repeat:
Save a workbench with multiple tables after adjusting the display options to:
show the columns,
hide the indices,
hide the foreign keys,
and hide the triggers
Reopen the workbench and review the current display options.

Suggested fix:
Save the display options of a table.

Thank you for the bug report. I was able to repeat, however I am not
sure if the display option are session life time and so isn't saved those
options in every project. Let us our GUI team gives the final word.
