Description:
MySQL version 4.1 alpha Windows binary.

The winmysqladmin cannot start because ./mysql/bin does not contained libmySQL.dll
Uses libmySQL.dll of version 4.0.16, circumvent able.

How to repeat:
everytime

Please copy the \lib\opt\libmysql.dll to directory \mysql\bin.
