Description:
If NoOfFragmentLogFiles in config.ini has a large value then nodes can not start  and produce following error message:

1. Add NoOfFragmentLogFiles = 1G to config.ini
2. Start a cluster

BTW: Did you have 64M * 1G bytes of disk space available when testing ?
