Description:
Mails getting stuck in mailqueue when the sender-field in configuration->General Setup is not valid.

How to repeat:
Fill in an invalid value for the field 'Sender' in the general-setup and save. Then create a new user for example. No email will be sent to this person.

Suggested fix:
Validate 'Sender' field to require a valid emailadres.
