Description:
I Have installed the Workbench on PC that does not have MySQL Server installed, when opening the program the coordinates of the mouse cursor is given incorrect locations on the Tabsheets. Putting down tables and relationships becomes difficult when the mouse cursor is shown at the correct position, but the object instantiation is a few (10 - 50 pixels) off target. Selecting the object again for editing purposes or deletion requires the user/designer to use the previous instantiated coordinates instead of the WYSIWYG coordinates.

How to repeat:
Click and drag to see where the highlighted area is, mine is always off by 10-50 pixels.
