Description:
mysqldump -u login -p --default-character-set=cp1251 --extended-insert -r out.sql dbname
outputs SQL that contains unescaped single qoutes within single quotes (that surround field value). Thus, resulting SQL produces an error when executing it at another computer.
Double quotes are escaped properly.
As I see in changes, this error is not yet corrected.

How to repeat:
Dump database with BLOB with value containing single quotes.

Suggested fix:
escape them

Thank you for a problem report. Please, sent the exact CREATE TABLE statement to use and simplest data (INSERT statements) to demonstrate the problem you described.
