Description:
I have a small model in which I have different tables belonging to different Layers. I added a little note to the layers to give some futher description as to what the tables are used for. When I switch to Simple Layout the notes seem to disappear ( I think the are painted behind the layer on which they reside or they are hidden completely ). I do not know if this is intentional, but it would be nice if notes were also visible in the Simple Layout mode. 

How to repeat:
Create a Layer.
Create a Note on the Layer.
Now go to the following Menu : Model -> Table Visualisation -> Simple Layout 

-> The note seems to have disappeared.  It is still in the model, but maybe painted behind the Layer or even not visible at all.
