Description:
On FreeBSD with Linux threads, sometimes the binary log gets
written to error log and error log gets written to *.MYD files.

It is only one customer that is affected, but this customer does not
have any other applications with this problem on the same machines.

It could be an operating system bug.

How to repeat:
Need to log in to customer system
