Description:
No columns can be deleted from the tables I can create. I can add columns just fine, change names, even delete tables (only using the edit menu option, not the shortcut or right-click). Each table is displaying a little lock in the lower left corner of it's box next to the little pencil. Not sure if that has anything to do with it whatsoever, but anything I do to "unlock" doesn't seem to do anything.

How to repeat:
Open MySQL Workbench -> Add Table -> Double click on table name -> Add a couple columns -> Hit "Apply Changes" -> Right Click on column in editor at bottom and "Delete Selected Items" is disabled.

The shortcut (Ctrl-Del) also doesn't work if you do that instead of right clicking.

Suggested fix:
It seems to me that the issue is just the disabled option. If the option were turned on for the editor below, I believe it would work just fine. So that option isn't enabled and it should be.

Thank you for the bug report.

Enabling the menu item does not work (using Windows Enabler).

Still doesn't work on v1.1.2 alpha.
I can't delete any foreign keys either.

In addition to this, if I use a "relationship tool" to add a new foreign key, that key is now listed under "columns" as well, without a column type; twice!

Want to buy a working delete key...

This also affects indicies and columns within indicies and is a continuing problem in 1.1.3 alpha.

I am working with MySql Workbench v1.1.3 alpha.
OS :Windows XP
Still I am not able to Delete Columns From the Table Model.
Deleting column is disabled

And each time you click the Pencil on a table model it opens a new editing window for the same table.(Duplication of Editing Window)

This bug is still present in 1.1.8alpha on Windows XP.

I am experiencing the same issue on Windows Server 2003 SP1. You are unable to access the delete functionality when editing a table.

Problem still persists on version 1.1.9 alpha.

Thanks.
Cassio.
