Description:
Notes are broken.  If you type in more than a certain amount of characters, it will not display anything but '...'.

How to repeat:
1) Open WB
2) press "n", drag and drop 5x5 inch notebox.
3) click on note in layers tab, and then hit properties.
4) Replace the "note" with : "0123456789" over and over so you can see that it's limited to a set amount of characters.
5) After a limited amount of input, no other parts of the notes will be displayed just '...' where the note continues.

Also, if you resize the notes, the text in the box does not update properly and you have to go into the properties tab and put spaces in front of the text to get it to display correctly in the note on the form.

Suggested fix:
1) Uncap the character limit in notes
2) After resize, recalculate note positioning and update accordingly.
