Description:
MyODBC 3.51 setup fails on MS Terminal Server 2003 (checked with .05 and .06 Build)

- It installs the myodbc3.dll in the User Profile Branch of the file system instead of %SYSTEMROOT%/SYSTEM32
- the ODBC-Registration of the driver in incomplete/corrupt: 
there has to be an client installation with administrator rights FOR EVERY CLIENT instead of an administrator install

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
MyODBC Setup of 2.50 works !!!

This also happens on mysql-3.51.07 with any OS

3.51.8 is a re-packaged version of 3.51.07.  It handles several installation problems.  Can you please test to see if it resolves this problem for you?
