Description:
mysql-administrator-1.0.20-win.msi happily installs Administrator under NT4 knowing that it won't work :-(

How to repeat:
run mysql-administrator-1.0.20-win.msi under Windows NT4, then try to run the installed Administrator.

Suggested fix:
Configure the installer to decline to install, with apologies, and refer to the most recent version (1.0.20?) which runs OK on NT4, explaining that it's a bit out-of-date but it's the best we'll get (if we're still running NT4, we'll be grateful whatever!)
