Thank you for the bug report. Sorry I was unable to repeat the behavior reported. I attached a screenshot showing the Table Editor with several (3) columns added.

When adding new columns take the care to double click in the next empty row under the area where begins the first column name if you click at left side where is placed the FK symbols for example not works.
