Description:
I think a handy feature would be for mysqldump to force table names to be either uppercase or lowercase.  I'm currently trying to take a mysqldump file and import it into an Oracle database and I can't without manually editing the file to change all of the table names to uppercase (because the table names are wrapped in double-quotes).
