Description:
In the current 4.1 BK tree (last ChangeSet:1.1556)  "make test" fails with the following error:

ctype_collate                 ....     ....     ....       [ fail ] 
 
   >> Error at line 61: query 'SELECT latin1_f FROM t1 ORDER BY latin1_f 
COLLATE latin1_de' failed: 1115: Unknown character set: 'latin1_de'<<

How to repeat:
extract a 4.1 source tarball (made with BUILD/compile-pentium-max ;  make dist) 
run "configure; make; make test"
