Description:
It is possible to get multiple table 'edit' windows active for the same table. 'Apply'ing in one window does not automatically update the other windows.

How to repeat:
Launch MySQL workbench.
'table tool', place table, 'Edit', 'Minimize' from window banner.
Repeat.
'Restore up' first window. Change table name. 'Apply' and the table name is still 'table_01' in the second window.

Suggested fix:
Only allow one 'edit' window for a particular table.

Thank you for the bug report. 1.0.6 has different behavior than prior
version. Still permits multiple edit.
