Description:
When editing the properties of a newly created table, the collation is 'latin1_swedish_ci'. Is it possible to change this default?

My guess would be that it would be set through 'Tools', 'Options...', but that is greyed out.

Is it greyed out for a reason? Can the collation be set somewhere else?

How to repeat:
Launch MySQL workbench.
'table tool', place table, 'Edit' look at 'Collation:' setting.
