Description:
sp-goto is disabled in both 5.0 and 5.1.

sp-goto                  : GOTO is currently is disabled - will be fixed in the future

Pushed to mysql-5.0-runtime.

Removed the sp-goto.test and result files.
Removed all disabled GOTO related code.

No functional changes for documentation, since GOTO has been disabled for a long time and was never documented in the first place. (Since it was experimental code.)
