Description:

Upon starting ndbd for the second time on one node ndbd segfaults

Every time.

Rather than segfaulting it should give an error either that it is already running or some other error.

How to repeat:
Start ndbd 2 times.

Suggested fix:
Return valuable error rather than segfault
