Description:
on the toolbar between the main window menu and the tab views there is a set of alignment formatting tools - the fly over help text is incorrect for the centering ones- they refer to the 'top' and 'bottom' edge. It should be the "left" and "right" edge (4th & 6th from the left respectively).

How to repeat:
hold arrow cursor above 4th (from left) alignment tool icon for one second and inspect the fly over text.
hold arrow cursor above 6th (from left) alignment tool icon for one second and inspect the fly over text.
