Description:
If you add an index in edit table and apply changes, then without closing the edit table you add another index and hit apply changes, the resulting SQL statement is to drop the index that was created with the previous apply changes and recreate it along with the new index being added

How to repeat:
-Open edit table on a table with at least 2 fields
-Add an index on field 1
-Hit apply changes, then Execute
-Add an index on field 2
-Hit apply changes

You should see what I'm talking about in the SQL statement
