Description:
Currently it logs all the slightest queries ecen show variables etc.

How about logging queries without indexes based on certain database/tables.

Thank you for a feature request. Please, read the manual (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/slow-query-log.html). We have  --log-queries-not-using-indexes and --log-slow-admin-statements server options now. Aren't they enough for most cases?
