Description:
on http://www.mysql.com/documentation/index.html following the 'download english version' link for MaxDB takes you to a list of mirrors.  I tried several mirrors, none of them had this file.

The documentation is propagating to the mirrors; this can take time.

Several mirrors do now have the document (Zawodny.com for instance); keep trying.
