Description:
The main window of the tool differs between Windows and Linux. Primarily, the "Tool Options" bar is above the right side panel in Windows, but not in Linux.

How to repeat:
Start mysql-workbench in Linux.
Start mysql-workbench in Windows.

Click on each tool icon in the left vertical toolbar.

Notice the differences in main window layout.

Suggested fix:
I've attached a diff patch and a replacement file as well since the patch isn't very readable.
