Description:
Hi,
I do re-engineering from mySQL schema. 
This are my steps

1 select all objects in schema (72 tables)
2 de-deselect some of the previous selected objects (24 out of 74)
3 click 'next'
4 place objects on model in auto arrange mode
5) all objects, even the de-selected ones are on my model.

This happens also when I select only those objects I want on my model (w/o select all and then de-select some)

Thanks for your bug report.  I was able to reporduce this with 1.0.6
