Description:
Resizing a table while folded causes table to unfold and all folding ceases to function on all tables.

How to repeat:
Create a table
click the black arrow in the title bar of the table to fold it
select the table and drag one of the handles to lengthen
table will open and no other tables will fold or unfold until you restart the program
