Description:
The issue is exactly as described here: http://lists.mysql.com/eventum-users/2668

The file:

include/workflow/class.intranet.php

is missing from the 1.7.0 download.

How to repeat:
Download the file, unzip, and check for existence of file.

Suggested fix:
Add file to tarball and release updated version.

That file was no longer used by the Eventum team, so to prevent having to maintain a file that is not used I removed it.

You are welcome to continue using the file from previous versions, or copying the functionality you need into your own workflow backend.

This wasn't an upgrade, it was a first time install.

The main page was blank until I placed that file.
