Description:
I have install MySQL Workbench into folder D:\PF\MySQL\Workbench. However the shortcut installed into my Start menu is using the folder: "D:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench" as the "Start in" folder (my default Program Files folder is D:\Program Files). When I start MySQL Workbench from the start menu, I get an error saying: "The runtime environment could not be initialized.... Error details: Workbench.initWorkbench :The function did not return an object. Error Nr. 10003"

How to repeat:
- Install MySQL Workbench in non-default location
- Start MySQL Workbench from the start menu

Suggested fix:
Fix installer to update shortcut "Start in" folder to reflect actual installed location.
