Description:
File, New Workbench, got error:

The runtime environment (GRT) could not be initialized.
Please check your installation then try to restart the tool.

Error details:
Workbench.initWorkbench :The function did not return an object. Error Nr.10003

Can you please check that your java installation is working correctly ?  I am currently unable to reproduce this bug.

how?  (I belive it is, but if there was a simple test to verify, that would be best.)

Thanks for  the wmb file.  I was able to reproduce this using that file
