Description:
Release build of 5.0.19.
With 5.0.15 and 5.0.17, it occurred only in "debug" builds on FreeBSD (not reported);
with 5.0.18, it migrated to "standard" builds on OpenBSD.

Errors are (from PATH/mysqltest-time) :
mysqltest: At line NNN: query 'SET mysqld1.server_id = 11' failed: 3008: Cannot open the option file to edit. Check permissions
(the last lines may be the most important ones)

The bug does not appear in the latest builds.

Whatever may have been the problem, it wasn't too important,

and with the deprecation of IM it has become onsolete.
