Description:
When I want to select an area, Workbench forgets the mouse button state. I press down the mouse, I release it, and it still behaves like if the mouse button is pressed.

How to repeat:
Save a workspace, quit, start, Open the save workspace, try to select an area.

Suggested fix:
Do it well.

1) select "standard mouse pointer" icon
2) click on the workspace somewhere
3) click on "the 1:n relationship tool" icon
4) click on the workspace somewhere
5) oops, the application not responding

Thanks for your bug report.  I was able to reproduce using the supplied howto:

1) select "standard mouse pointer" icon
2) click on the workspace somewhere
3) click on "the 1:n relationship tool" icon
4) click on the workspace somewhere
5) oops, the application not responding
