Description:
The 5th toolbar section, right behind the text: "Tool options" shows a bunch of tools for aligning the objects in the current selection. 
The 1st and 4th both have the tooltip text "Align top edges".
The 3rd and 6th both have the tooltip text "Align bottom edges".
The 2nd, 5th, 7th and 8th all show the tooltip text "Align Vertical Centers".  

How to repeat:
Hover the mouse over the relevent toolbar section and wait for the tooltip to popup

Suggested fix:
I think the captions should be:

1: "Align top edges" (Ok)
2: "Align vertical centers" (Ok)
3: "Align bottom edges" (Ok)
4: "Align left edges" (is now: "Align top edges")
5: "Align horizontal centers" (is now: "ALign vertical centers")
6: "Align right edges" (is now: "Align bottom edges")
7: ? (is now: "ALign vertical centers")
8: ? (is now: "ALign vertical centers")

I did not test the attached functionality, I just looked at the toolbar button icons
