should remove servlets-examples from our Tomcat installation distribution (merlin.war)

I'm not sure if this is an issue with the BitRock install or not.  It is certainly not a high priority.

This should be corrected with the Bitrock installer / uninstaller.

These are still installed with the Bitrock installer.

The servlets-examples shold have been removed in versions >=6.28

The servlet-examples are still installed with build 6.29 on Windows.

Reported as corrected by Bitrock in build versions >= 7.5

Verified the servlets-examples are gone in the 0.7.6 build.
