Description:
Install process failed with error:

-24996,ERR_PARAM: wrong parameters
1,Invalid first database manager operator

Log file will be attached as separate file.

How to repeat:
Just start installation and set all options to default.

Suggested fix:
It seems that it is some administration issue. May be wrong user or access levels defined in install scripts.
I'm try install process with SELinux switch on/off with same result.

Hi,

FC4 is not a supported OS: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/maxdb/pdf/pam_non_sap.pdf . Use it on your own risk.

The error message says, that you misconfigured your user accounts. I can't repeat installation problems with 7.6.00.16 using the MaxDB Installation Manager GUI or the CLI tool.

Please turn to the community mailinglist (http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb/) to get help with configuring the user accounts properly.
