Description:
In the Table Editor on the Columns tab, you can open up the Advanced Column settings using the button at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on the button displays additional Edit controls, entering values in there enables the 'Apply Changes' button. Clicking on the button doesn't update the column though.

How to repeat:
Open the Table Editor.
Go to the Column Page.
Select a Column.
Press the Advanced button.
Modify the Column settings in the Advanced Section. ( Enables the 'Apply Changes' button ).
Press the 'Apply Changes' button. This does not modify the Column settings though.
