Description:
When opening the Table Editor and clicking the advanced button doens't show the Advanced stuff right away.  Sometimes you have to click on it 3 times.  I think it has something to do with resizing of the form.

How to repeat:
Open the table Editor.
Click the Advanced button, the form will be enlarged to hold the advanced settings.
Close the form.
Reopen the Form, the form will have the same size as when you closed it, but won't show the advanced settings.

After a few repeats the Advanced settings didn't appear anymore when clicking on the button, and I had to manually resize the form to make it appear again.

Thanks for your bug report.  I was able to reproduce this under 1.0.2
