Hi, this actually isn't bug, simply something that isn't documented. To get anything to show up in this column, you need to configure this. When logged in as an admin, you need to go to Administration -> "Customize Issue Listing Screen". You should see a help link that explains this configuration. Let me know if you have any questions about it.
