MySQLCC crashes on on server connect:
Error signature:

AppName: mysqlcc.exe	 AppVer: 0.0.0.0	 ModName: qt-mt312.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0	 Offset: 001e1141

System details:
WinXP Pro
Dual CPU (Piii)
Dual Monitor

How to repeat:
Every time the app starts it crashes on connect
