Description:
The 'MySQL Manual' that is part of the 5.1.6-alpha package is outdated. It shows in the Table of Content:

 This is the MySQL Reference Manual. It documents MySQL 5.1 through 5.1.5-alpha. 
 Document generated on: 2006-02-07

and in the Change History section it shows that 5.1.6 is "Not yet released".

How to repeat:
- open C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Startmenü\Programme\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\MySQL Manual
- check Table of Content
- check Appendix D. MySQL Change History

Suggested fix:
change tools / packaging so that the manual fits to the released version

I've downloaded and installed the 'official' setup.exe from the official 5.1 download page.

Thanks for your bug report. However, there's nothing we can do about this any more at this point.
