Description:
Este error aparece aleatoriamente sin causa aparente cuando desde un programa VB6 realizo la operación a y luego repetitivamente la operación b 

a - DELETE FROM Table1
b - INSERT INTO Table1 (Fld1, Fld2, Fld3..., Fldn ) VALUES ( Val1, Val2, Val3..., Valn )

How to repeat:
No se como repetirlo ya que aparece aleatoriamente

Por favor use el nuevo servidor 5.0.18 y trata de verificar si
