According to this page:

There should be an example Crystal Reports application in the Sample directory of the MySQL Connector/Net install.

In both the 1.0.4 installer and the 1.0.7 non-install package there is no such sample application, but only the "Table Editor" application.  That sample Crystal Reports application would be nice as I'm working on using that right now. :)

How to repeat:
Install MySQL Connector/Net

Suggested fix:
Add the sample Crystal Reports application.

I have removed the reference to the Crystal reports sample from the documentation, as it no longer appears either in the installation packages or the SVN tree.
