Entering =: no longer brings up a list of parameters, and the parameter browser is not populated.

This feature cannot be brought back currently, so we have to fix the documentation.

Mike,

This section of the documentation has been commented out. I've reassigned this bug so you can mark it as "closed" or "to be fixed later". If you don't plan to fix it, I'll remove the section altogether.
