Description:
I just updated to MySQL Query Browser 1.1.19, I realized if you rollover a menu, the backcolor is blue now.

But once I clicked on the menu, some options are gray and the can only been seen when you rollover the option of the menu.

Otherwise it seems that some menus are empty, but they are really not because the text color is gray and the background color is gray too.

It happens on the following menus:
Menu - Option

Tools - MySQL Command Line Client.
Script - Execute, Execute Selection, Continue, Step Over, Stop, Toggle Breakpoint, Clear all Breakpoints.
Edit - Cut, Copy, Paste, Select All.
File - Reopen, Save, Close Tab, Page Setup, Print to PDF, Print

If you need additional information please send me a message to:

How to repeat:
To repeat the bug you only need to open MySQL Query Browser with a Win2000 Service Pack 2 (Spanish).

Thanks for your bug report. I was able to confirm this with XP/QB 1.1.19
[28 Jan 2006 1:31] Ron Gommers
can confirm this problem on Win2K sp4 Dutch. (QB 1.1.19)

The used color scheme makes it very difficult to see menu items on the main menu
as well as on the database grid (mike's virtual tree)

enabled selected menu items appear as black text on a dark blue background.
disabled menu items do not show at all
disabled selected menu items appear visible (gray on darkblue)

They appear normal in the other area's (SQL Query area and sidebar)

Also when typing text in the SQL Query area, if you select it, you cannot see it anymore, although it's still there (white text on white background).

Note that within de SQL Administrator, the same problem exists on the main menu bar.

Hope you fix this soon....

Thanks.
