Description:
Almost every page prevents printing by hanging on a
"Downloading picture http://www.mysql.com/images/nav/0a.png..." (This page is doing it as I write this, and the progress bar is creeping along.  I am on a fast connection which is having 0 problems)

First noticed when I tried to print the instructions for 3.23 to 4.0 upgrading the printing of failed invisibly until I noticed the download.

Happens on IE 6.0.2800 SP1 on W2000 Server (The IE about fails to come up properly -- I had to open a new browser to get it)  Does not happen of NS 4.7, though the screen is ugly with the text pushed to the right. On NS, the image simply shows broken-image icon, properties show 60.jpg as image name.

How to repeat:
I use IE 6.0.2800 SP1, medium secirity.

Suggested fix:
Talk to PHP Group.

Tested in numerous browsers and several operating systems.  Pages and images load correctly.
