Description:
A user has reported a problem while doing master <-> master replication where a duplicate key error was thrown. The logs have been provided, please analyze carefully to understand the root cause.

How to repeat:
See attached binary logs.

Suggested fix:
Analyze logs to understand what happened, write additional bugs or edit this one once we understand the root cause.
