Please, try to use newer version (1.1.5 in case of Linux). Inform about the results.

the lonely quotes in are now paired in Version 1.1.6
Description: The Administrator produces a "lonely quote" on export of a table if the last column of the table is an empty string. The export is correct for non-empty columns.
