Description:
Startup variables->InnoDB Parameters->Datafiles could not be added successfully.

Example:
   After you add a new datafile named ibdata2 in the Datafiles listbox, open the my.ini and search "ibdata2"  in it, you could not find any setting about the ibdata2 datafile.

Thank you for a problem report. Verified on XP with 1.1.6. Administrator simply adds innodb_data_file_path=ibdata1:10M:autoextend into the dafault my.ini first time when you are trying to add ibdata2, then other additions are simply ignored.
