Description:
I've installed MySQL ODBC drivers (3.51) and I've decided to create a remote connection to my mysql database with Open Office Base. All works.

Then I've decided to use Open Office Calc and to import some records of my tables inside a sheet. When I open it I see all the tables, but when I select one of theese I receive this error:

Stato SQL: HYT00
Codice di errore: 2006

[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-4.0.25-standard]MySQL server has gone away

Why? Is a bug? Could I repair it?

How to repeat:
I haven't understood what I have to write here... sorry

I downloaded and installed OpenOffice 2.0 and was unable to repeat the
behavior reported importing data to Calc using MyODBC also I tested
Excel without any problems.
